General opinion on allowing for more advanced market products/complex market bids/smart orders for TSO-balancing markets?

Should the market deal with the dynamic, technical and economic constraints of a portfolio of DERs (by allowing for the proposed advanced market products, for example) or should be the aggregator the one “internalizing” those constraints in their simple bids?

Which advanced market products/complex bids/smart orders from the listed ones are the most useful for the integration DERs?

Is there any advanced market product different from those listed above that could be useful to facilitate the integration of DERs?
